Ergin)</author><description>Simulates proteolytic digestion, scores the resulting
peptides for LC-MS/MS suitability, compares candidate enzymes,
and reports digest quality at the protein level. Supports 40
cleaver-compatible enzyme rules, workflow presets, peptide mass
and pI calculations, sequence-local cleavage-efficiency
annotations, and proteome-aware uniqueness scoring. Evaluates
multi-FASTA files in batches with per-protein triage and
proteome-level summaries. Exports peptide lists for Skyline and
generic downstream tools and prints styled console reports.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38066593434</link><pubDate>Thu, 30 Jul 2026 13:20:38 GMT</pubDate><r:package>pepVet</r:package><r:version>0.99.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/pepVet</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>pepVet-introduction.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>pepVet-introduction.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with pepVet</r:title><r:created>2026-03-20 09:36:58</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-30 10:23:47</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>pepVet-tool-comparison.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>pepVet-tool-comparison.html</r:filename><r:title>pepVet Compared to Other Tools</r:title><r:created>2026-06-16 03:19:31</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-30 10:23:47</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
